Tattoo Aftercare
Taking care of your tattoo is just as important as getting it.
Proper aftercare ensures your tattoo heals beautifully, lasts longer, and stays vibrant.

Below you’ll find simple steps to follow during the healing process — from the first 24 hours to the following weeks.
Aftercare Steps
Protective film (max 24h):
Wash with pH neutral soap:
Primary Healing Cream:
Remove after 24 hours to let the skin breath and begin healing process.
Wash with antibacterial soap / pH-neutral soap:
Keeps the area clean without irritating or drying out the skin.
Cicaplast Baume B5
Promotes regeneration, soothes irritation, and protects the healing area.

Alternative Cream:
How to Apply:
No Sun, Beach, or Pool for 3 Weeks:
Bepanthen Tattoo
Maintains hydration, reduces itching, and supports skin recovery.
Apply the cream 4×/day for the first 2 weeks, then 2×/day for another 1.5 weeks, keeps the skin moisturized and prevent scabbing.
Going to the beach or pool during healing can lead to irritation, infection, and premature fading due to UV rays and bacteria.

No Alcohol for 3–4 Days:
No Sports for 1–2 Weeks:
Avoid Tight Clothing :
Alcohol thins the blood, which can prolong healing and increase scabbing and poor healing.
Avoid sweat and friction, which can delay healing and increase infection risk.
Tight clothing can create pressure and abrasion on the healing area, potentially leading to irritation and pigment loss.
